Custom Order Terms

 1.  All my knives are extremely sharp when shipped. Be careful when unpacking.

  2.   Must be at least 18 yrs old to purchase a knife.  Certain States have laws pertaining to Knives.  It is the buyers responsibility to be aware of those laws before ordering. Don't purchase a knife that you can not legally own in your state, city or country.  Remember, knives are sharp and can be  dangerous. I hold no responsibility for knife wielding injuries or improper use of a blade.  ALWAYS Treat a knife with respect.  I hold no Liability.  

  3.  Shipping charges vary depending on the size of the knife, insurance, and so forth.  I can work with you on any special shipping, such as Priority mail, UPS, etc...  All stateside orders plan on adding at least $10.00 per knife. International shipping can be much more and may be difficult for your country, so be sure to contact me before ordering a knife.

  4.  Custom ordering or special ordering a full custom knife can be done through our contact page.  If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call me at (513)- 668-8716 or or by using our CONTACT PAGE. If you call and I don't answer, leave a message and your call will be returned ASAP.  Semi Custom Orders can be placed through the store 24/7 while the books are open. 

 
  5. Semi Custom Orders -  Simply select the semi custom order model page.  Once you're there use the drop down menus to choose the specs for your knife!  Please note that when custom ordering this knife you are paying only the $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on the list. Your deposit comes off your total, and you will owe the remaining balance plus any extra add ons once the knife is finished. You will be updated as your order gets close and your final invoice will be sent when the knife is started. Once the invoice is sent you will have 5 days to complete the payment. If the five days have passed without the invoice being paid your order will be canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, and the knife will be listed for sale.Under some circumstances I can hold the knife if contacted first for up to two weeks. All invoices are sent from PayPal and allow you to pay with a credit/debit card if desired. If you cancel your order before it is finished you will be refunded only the shipping do to the deposit being non refundable, and if you fail to follow through with your order and I am forced to cancel the order and list the knife, the full amount becomes none refundable.

6. Full Custom Orders- If you have an idea for a pattern, steel, or configuration you don't see on the semi custom page then use the CONTACT PAGE to start talking about a full custom order! Unlike the Semi Custom Order models there is no deposit to hold a spot, but the wait time and price can vary wildly depending on the details of what you are looking for. Once your specs are worked out I will give a price quote and a very rough timeframe for completion. As with the Semi Custom orders once your knife is finished I will send the final invoice and you will have 72 hours to pay and it will ship ASAP!
